Fall at Moosehead

Fall is here and beautiful as ever. The leaves are changing and the temperature is starting to dip. We've only had one frost on the lake, I almost fell on my tookus on the docks when I was taking some pictures. You can view them here. Had a customer from Lansing come up and she let me know she heard about the contest on the radio. We keep e-mailing the radio stations and newspapers, I pick different areas every day. It would be nice if one of them took the story and ran with it. The Drummond Island Digest is doing a story for thier November issue. Thanks Carol, your the best.

Contest News

The contest has started generating entries, we have advertised on the local radio and have sent out Press Releases from California to Maine and have included Canada. The Fall colors are starting to show up here, looks like it could be a good year for color. Our hunters start coming the end of this month. We're doing some fall maintenance on the cabins and the weather has been very cooperative. My part time job is pretty much done for the season, so I'll be spending more time advertising for the contest. Hope to hear from you all.
